Payment terms for bulk orders will be shared along with the quotation. We may ask for a full or partial advance payment to confirm the order, with the balance payable as per the agreed terms.

Where customisation is available, details will be confirmed with you before the order is processed. Customised items may have additional charges, longer preparation time, and limited options for changes or cancellation once work has started.

If you need to change or cancel a bulk order, please contact our support team as soon as possible. Once preparation has started, changes or cancellations may not be possible or may be subject to charges.
