Alongside our regular products, we take on manufacturing requests for businesses, brands, and individuals who need products made to their requirements. Each request is reviewed individually so that we can confirm what is possible before production begins.

Our manufacturing capabilities depend on the product type, materials, design requirements, and our current production capacity. If you are unsure whether your product can be made, please contact us with a short description and we will let you know.

Please contact our support team before sharing final designs or making any payment. Manufacturing requests are confirmed only after we review your requirements, share a quotation, and you approve it.

To review your request properly, please include the following:

• Your name, phone number, and email address
• Product description, with reference images or designs if available
• Required quantity and preferred materials or specifications
• Branding, packaging, or labelling requirements
• Expected delivery date and delivery location

Where possible, we may prepare a sample before full production so you can review the product. Sample availability, charges, and preparation time may vary depending on the product and requirements.

Full production generally begins only after the sample or final specifications have been approved by you.

Manufacturing prices depend on the product, quantity, materials, customisation, packaging, and delivery location. A quotation will be shared after we review your request.

Quotations are valid for a limited time and may change if the quantity, materials, or requirements change.

Payment terms will be shared along with the quotation. We may ask for a full or partial advance payment to begin production, with the balance payable as per the agreed terms.

Production time depends on the quantity, complexity, material availability, approvals, and our current workload. Any timeline we share is an estimate and may be affected by delays in approvals, materials, or other circumstances beyond our reasonable control.

Products are checked before dispatch to make sure they match the approved specifications as closely as reasonably possible. Minor variations may occur in handmade or custom-made products, or due to material and colour differences between screens and actual products.

Designs, logos, and other materials you share for manufacturing will be used only for fulfilling your order. You are responsible for ensuring that you have the right to use any designs, logos, or content that you submit to us.

Once production has started, changes or cancellations may not be possible or may be subject to charges, since custom products are made specifically for you. Please contact our support team as soon as possible if you need to make a change.
